While Auckland might need a shot-in-the-arm we certainly don’t in Hamilton right now. Sales for well located, well priced investment properties are very strong. We are pre-selling property we won’t start building until early 2020. We simply can’t keep up with demand. Considering how low term deposit rates are, why wouldn’t you invest in property?
