Proud to have delivered over 1,000 homes in Hamilton over the past 21 years – but I’ve now pulled out completely. Not by choice, but because Council has made it unworkable.
No warning. No solutions. Just a sudden block on infrastructure access.
One site now sits completely vacant (right next to Waikato Hospital) while others have old houses being rented for a pittance — all while I’m paying full rates, insurance, and interest. Millions tied up, no clear path forward.

Trust matters. And right now, there’s none left.
