Effective November 2024
• Windsor Doors: Coloursteel Endura and Maxx replaced with Coloursteel Maxam – 4.5%, 7% increase in springs, 5% increase in powdercoating, 9.5% in aluminium.
•GD Rutter: 4.9% increase on Sylvan product range
•Spax: 9.8% average
•Fletcher Easy Steel Decrease 2.5%-4.00% on Mesh, Cut and Bend, Stock Bar.
•Summit Steel & Wire: Decrease on 6m Reinforcing Bar (3%-4%), decrease on Reinforcing Mesh (2%-3%)
•Ecko Fastening Systems & Ecko Fastening (RSA): 3%-23% decrease on H Packer ranger
•Rosenfeld Kidson: 5%-30% decrease on Alaskan Yellow Cedar Clears KDS Sawn 150×50 and 30% increase to Purpleheart KD RK4 Decking 150×25

•MK Archibald: Average of 5.37% increase across 31% of the category
•Interlink: 21% increase on New Australian Hardwood. 11% increase on Rustic Used Australian Harwood Sleeper. 29% increase on NZ Pine Sleepers. 16% increase on 2.6m Used UK Oak Sleepers. 25% increase on Half Wine Barrel. 18% increase on Used European Hardwood Sleeper.
•Rinnai New Zealand: 8% increase on Copper Electric Cylinders
•Athena & Clearlite Bathrooms: Clearlite Cashmere, Pinnacle, Nikau & Raglan Vanities: Average 4.5% reduction. Clearlite Varo Back to wall Bath: 3% reduction. Athena CREATE vanities: 5% reduction. •Athena Cassini & Contro bath: 26% reduction.
•Athena & Clearlite Bathrooms: 2% increase on Clearlite Slim Vanities. 6% increase on Clearlite Mahia mirror cabinets.
•Easy Access: 8% average increase on 4x ladders
•Stoney Creek: 6% increase on Ultralite Pullover, 12% increase on •Loud & Proud Singlets, 13% increase on Done & Dusted Shirts, 17% increase on 360 Wide Brim Hat.
•Lumberbank: LVL 11 90mm-200mm and GLC17

•Jaeco: 8.3% increase across all products

•Comfortech: Increase of 4.00% across full Pink Batts Range and PinkFit Services
•PSP: 15% increase on all roofing and wall fixings
Winstone Wallboards: Increases: 3.9% GIB Plasterboards; 3.9% GIB compounds and plasters; 5.4% GIB paper tape and Grabber paper tape, 3.3-3-8% Service Charges
•Cowdroy Products: 4.00% increase on Smoothslides, Tracks, Hardware, Wardrobe Organisers. Excludes Robemaker Wardrobe Track and Sku’d Cavity Sliders.
•Stoney Creek: 6% increase on Rammer Jackets, Boiler Vests & Long Bush Shirts. 12% increase on Bush Tees. 17% increase on Canvas Short Gaiters. 21% increase on Microplus Tees.
•Bestwood and Prime Panels: Increase – 3% Melamine coloured board on MDF and PB, 10% Veneer (Native Species), 5% Melamine Veneer (Non-Native Species); 5% Prime HPL pressed on substrate, 5% Ultraglaze acrylic, 4-6% Mercer sinks
•ITI NZ: 3% increase on Weathergroove, Primelok and Selflock and Accessories
•Great Southern Group: 2%-5% across all finished timber products and services
•Lumber Processors: 15%-20% increase on Macrocarpa sleepers and Macbox S2000 kitset gardens
