“It sounds good in theory, but the real question is in the details. Right now, both I and other developers are struggling to make projects stack up. Costs keep rising, and levies, contributions, and regulations are making new housing more expensive at a time when prices aren’t increasing. Very little new housing is being built, and if we’re not careful, we’re setting ourselves up for another housing shortage in the years ahead”.
