Now they chasing Silver. It hit an 8 year high yesterday.

This is all a bit crazy. What is the true valuation of these stocks? One reason I like investing in real estate so much is that I can usually understand the valuation as its backed up by real numbers, the value of the land and buildings and recent sales in the area.

It’s a wild time in the markets, mainly due to government intervention and money printing. While many assets are rising in value, it’s a good time to be reminded that assets don’t only go up in value
