Working with Bridge Housing | Assured
Bridge Housing Charitable Trust
Assured + Bridge Housing

Helping more people find a way into their own home.

Bridge Housing is a charitable trust focused on secure, affordable homes for families. Its assisted ownership programmes offer different ways to work towards owning a home.

At Aurora Terrace, Assured is building five new homes and working with Bridge on rent-to-own and shared equity possibilities. Bridge can discuss your circumstances, explain the options and assess programme eligibility.

Two pathways we’re exploring at Aurora

Different starting points.
A home of your own.

Rent-to-own

If building a deposit is the hurdle, rent-to-own may help you work towards buying while you rent. Bridge’s programme includes savings support for qualifying households. The details and purchase terms need to be agreed for the home.

Shared equity

If you have a deposit but cannot finance the full purchase price, shared equity may help by sharing ownership with an equity partner. Bridge can explain how the shares, financing and later buy-out would work.

These are possibilities, not an offer or a guarantee of acceptance. Eligibility, finance where required, home availability and agreed legal terms apply. Bridge offers other programmes too; their appearance on Bridge’s website does not mean they are available at Aurora.

An easy first step

Start with a conversation.

Leave your name, email and phone number on the Aurora page. Homebuyer enquiries go to Bridge; investor enquiries go to John. Homebuyers can also choose to share three approximate financial figures to help Bridge prepare. Those questions are optional.
