Momentum Financial Literacy Fund
John and Nicola Kenel, supported by Assured Property Investments, established a named fund with Momentum Waikato to help young people build better money habits.
The fund supports financial literacy programmes that help students understand saving, spending, goal-setting, and how to make better money decisions before they enter working life.

About Us
21 years of residential investment property development experience
Assured Property began in 2004, based on one simple belief: investing in property should be easier for everyday New Zealanders.
Founder John Kenel bought his first rental property in Cambridge in 1997. Since then, he has built a large residential property portfolio and helped everyday Kiwis invest in new-build rental properties across the Waikato.
Assured Property focuses on practical, well-located residential investment properties designed with both the investor and tenant in mind.
After 21 years, close to 1,000 rental property investments, and more than 600 buyers, the focus is still the same: build good homes, in good locations, that work for the long term.
