Founded by local developer John Kenel in 2004, Assured Property builds practical, well-located homes in the Waikato for homebuyers and long-term investors.
John’s goal is simple: help more people own their own homes and build a life that can’t easily be pushed around. That’s why we’re also working with Bridge Housing, a charitable trust, to create pathways from renting to owning.
We’re a local business, working with local people to build homes that make a difference.

John and Nicola Kenel established the Waikato Financial Literacy Fund with Momentum Waikato, supported by Assured Property Investments.
The fund helps people, especially young people, learn practical skills for managing money. It supports financial education covering budgeting, saving, understanding debt and planning ahead, helping people build good habits and work towards a more secure future.
