We completed these 7 two-bedroom, two-bathroom low-maintenance townhouses located in a fantastic central location just a short walk from Hamilton CBD last month.
Most developments have their challenges, but it’s particularly difficult at the moment. At Hammond Street we had material shortages, delivery delays, lockdowns, people off work due to covid … we experienced it all, not to mention having to install new sewer pipes all the way down the road. It’s times like this when you’re best off buying from developers with a strong track record. Nothing against newbies starting out, but the chances of them completing on time and budget at the moment is close to zero. We have 18 years of experience, almost all in the same city and it’s still really hard work!
