We’ve completed three developments this year so far, and as sods-law would have it, all three were completed within a very hectic three week period!

One of the developments is 13 Palmerston Street on the edge of Hamilton CBD. We’ve built eight new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouses each with a carpark. It’s a great location with a short walk to Hamilton CBD, two supermarkets and the Lake. Everything close by. These units were tenanted almost immediately!
